Also new flickr site, much easier to organise etc...!

Am considering buying a new flatbed scanner for scanning and uploading film shots without having to print pictures... any ideas??

Have a new project coming up... 'Daily Travel' have taken a few shots, using some of yours out there, all will be fully credited, only being used as points of refference and inspiration...

Am now running the latest release of ubuntu (Hardy Heron) and the 'UbuntuStudio' varient, Windows Vista home premium.

Using mainly:
-Photoshop cs3 pro Extended edition
-GIMP (GNU image manipulation program)
-UFRaw (GIMP raw image plugin)
-Picasa2 (for albuming and collection)

Imaged through a Nikon D80 with a Sigma 18-50 ultra-wide angle lens (2gb SD card) on raw settings.

So am hopeing to get best results from that selection up here asap!
